Aggie Wants to Know! Topic No. 1: Life After the Wedding - the Married Life.

What are the things you want them to know about life after the wedding?

  • That marriage and married life is not as easy as 1-2-3, unlike to what our perception when we were still young and single.
  • You get to learn about some weird stuff about your husband and yourself after like a few months of living together.
  • If you do not have a maid to stuff for you, expect double the amount of laundry and dirty socks!
  • I also learned that we have a normal married life, just like the others. Not exactly in the bliss state, to tell you honestly, having an argument here and there, sweet mushy talks afterwards, I guess that’s normal. What matters most is that after every argument and misunderstandings, we try to settle things and talk like two descent individuals.
  • That even if we are not financially blessed, we still can manage things around the house. That having this kind of living state, we are now really into working hard to fulfill all our dreams for the family.
  • There are times when there are some things I would want to have but after realizing the stage we are in, the family comes first motto would sink in. Being married ties up with a lot of sacrifices for the marriage to work.
  • Also learned that the only person you can run too in every sad and happy moments of a wife’s life is her husband. No matter how insensitive he is at times, it doesn’t matter, for you have this kind of deep understanding and relationship.
  • After all the said and done in our married life, it always feels great to be HOME.

THANKS AGGIE!
