I am supposedly be sleeping early tonight, as I promise myself and a friend because I will be in charge for the online alerts starting at 3am, but heck, I am still wide awake. Why? because my cousin called an hour ago and asked me to research about the this income tax payment plan that she has to report on her Accounting subject on Monday. It’s a freaking subject for me, although I love tax lessons when I was still studying College, been in the Accountancy major for three years, you know
before I got so drained and shifted to Management instead. As I said, I love this topic but that was before, I know that there are a lot of changes when it comes to handling tax and even delinquent tax returns when it comes to penalties and other computations. But I know, that the basic principle is the same, some little changes and adoptions of this and that will finish the deal, I think. So what to do in times like these? do research online! what else? don’t expect me to call a certified public accountant just to ask some simple problems, although I know a few, but men, they probably will not entertain me for all we know, they are neck to neck busy buried under the year end reports and all! December and January is their time of the year actually, settling things for the companies they work with or for personal purposes too. Keeping everything right and properly accounted for the revenues and returns, so they can have a Tax Relief for all the taxes issues they are facing now. Anyways, I will just have to visit taxreliefspecialists.com and learn some new stuff when it comes to taxes and dues, and hopefully find ways to help my cousin.
We were suppose to do a lot of errands today like:
- Go to the bank, withdraw and have some few thousand change into smaller new crisp bills (just in case, kids who doesn’t have gifts from us arrive on Christmas day for their Aguinaldo’s)
- Pay bills - Internet and phone povider (digitel), water bill for the apartments
- Go to PEZA trade fair and buy some gift stuffs (photo albums, caps, socks, and DKNY underwears lol)
- Go to SM to buy some more house supplies and look for other gifts for the inaanak’s
I was so dead set on going out today, that I had my hair blow dried nicely, but we realized that we will not be able to make it to the 2nd Simbang Gabi if we still go out this late. So tomorrow, we need to fix ourselves as early as 10am so we can finish everything and still make it for the mass at 7pm.
Bottom line?! SAYANG ANG BLOWER. nyemas. ![]()
I am at my happiest state now, financially speaking. Well, before you think that I won on the lottery or something, nope, I did not. I just received my clearance from my credit card company, telling that I am free from any financial obligations from them. Thank goodness form Yuletide amnesty that they offered to me last month, and thanks to my online stints thus I was able to meet their debt settlement amount. Anyways, its not that I am so happy to spend a lot of money from all the credit card purchases that I made for the past four years, the truth is, it was a lesson learned, the hard way. I had so many sleepless nights thinking how will I be able to pay the huge amount of money I owe my credit card company, but out of nowhere, they offered me this non profit debt consolidation last year and I was able to pay in littlest amount that I can in a monthly basis. It was still hard for me because I have no regular job, but the sideline of online earning. But thankfully, I was able to meet the monthly payable for almost a year. And maybe, because of that, they offered me this amnesty program since they realized that I am so decided to finish my financial obligation with them. And it took me a short while before I finally grab their offer and settle everything in a jiffy.
I remember when my dad tells us how he wants us all to live in the states, specially when he has all the chance in the world to do so when my grandfather is still alive and living in California. But you know, some things are just not made to be, even if we wanted it so hard, sometimes fate doesn’t meet up with all your plans. And to make the long story short, he was never petitioned right. Actually it really frustrates and dissapoints him, the fact that my grand father could have done some simple things in order for his kids to be able to follow and start a life there, but with his reason or another, he wasn’t able to. I still remember how my dad wishes to avail one of those Schumacher Homes Louisiana for our familywhen we settle there. You see, a friend of him was able to avail one of the beautiful houses there, affordable as what they said and yes, beautiful. Sometimes, when my dad remembers how he badly wanted to transfer, he would always mention how he plans our family house there. And lately, I just got an email regarding this famous Schumacher Homes, and how great their housing projects are all over the US. I mean, it would have been really great if we were able to achieve what my dad used to dream, you know, living in one of those nicest houses in Louisiana and all. But well, of course, it is still not late, we can still work out really hard and who knows? one day you’ll see us there.
Just so I won’t forget… been so overwhelm with so many things to do in real life and online too. Thus I need to list down things I need to accomplish before the weekend.

nyay! So many things to do, so little time!
A lot of people say that my daughter is one camera addict
you see, she likes being photographed, a thing that she definitely got from me! Because her dad is a total opposite, he hates being flashed by cameras and being center of attention. But aside from that almost every attributes of my daughter came from him, from the food likes to the tantrum throws up of the brat, everything came from the moody husband. Now let me share with you her latest photo that I took a few minutes ago, she asked me for “picture! picture!” and I obliged.

So there I hope you have a good week ahead… will post more photos and weekend updates after I finish reading about las vegas hotel reservations that my dad asked me to look at.
I heard that more and more business are closing down recently, calling for bankruptcy and all. We can really felt the economic down turn and it’s frightening! Imagine businesses going down and economy is really fluctuating affecting the lives of many people so hard. And with the closing down of businesses, workers and employees tends to be boot out from their jobs, creating more and more jobless people all around the world. It’s really a domino effect, that of course government prevents the down fall of everything else. That is why proven ways to practice are being featured by other stable businesses, one good example is by having a credit card friendly shops and stores. Being able to accept credit cards with customers shopping is one of the best way to gain sales. Because, we all know that people tend to rely on their credit cards because accept it or not, most of the time, we get short on cash that is why thanks to credit cards because most of the time, they can really save our life with their capability to purchase! But as to my experience, people must be very careful in using credit card because it can be the best enemy you’ll have to fight in the end, you know, with all the due date and huge bills summoning up to your face. You need to think clearly of what you really need to buy and let pass those that are not really need. Practicality and a focus mind set will help you save a lot.
… this. Iced Toffee Nut from Starbucks. I know, it’s sugar loading at its finest, but who cares?! A venti serving every now and then wouldn’t hurt right? Nah, I doubt it. Alright then, lemme just have a tall cup instead
and please, no whip cream! lol .. trying to lessen the guilt of having this yummy blend.
And yeah, I also want good company while enjoying my every sip
this makes me miss my twitter chummies!

Sometimes I missed my previous job. As a Production Planning Officer, it has been my duty to plan out every single item we need for production (read: raw materials). Which can practically makes me busy in some part of the month and super laid back the rest of the days. Fulfilling? not exactly, but I was happy. Happy with co-workers turn out good friends. And part of our good camaradie are the helping out scheme, where we lend help to those who needs it badly, having a no system product warehouse it is, it can make the in charge go gaga when deliveries comes in. If only we have Data Warehousing Software which has been offered to the top management but they refuse it in the end. Believing that the company is too small to acquire such system. But you know, they just didn’t know everything. Imagine if the company has this, everything will fall unto its proper places. Things will be great, deliveries will be prompt. Production will be well planned and data will not be lost, just at that. But there is still chances, I heard they are already requesting for one. I just hope their request will be granted soon.
A cousin of mine is soon be finishing her secondary schooling next March and is right now thinking of getting herself into one of those online colleges like Capella University. Although she likes going to school, but the fact that she needs to work too in able to support her studies, and the work that can provide her good salary is super demanding a lot of time from her. So a friend suggested of inquiring at Capella, known for their great online schooling, it can be the answer to my cousin’s dilemma. Imagine, being able to fulfill her dreams of finishing her studies while working on a regular basis to provide for herself and her family is the most greatest thing to do. I just hope she finds way to really push through on whatever her plans to do. And I pray that she’ll be able to finish her studies as well. But with the promising view from Capella, I think things will turn out great for her.

Have you seen last night’s smiling moon?

I was watching a documentary about paternity test when my friend Emma and Glen texted me about this one’s in a lifetime nature show… the smiling moon! It was awesome, I had to go back inside the house and get my camera and capture it!
It was indeed smiling! My daughter loves it so!… the news said that it was the two planet Venus and Jupiter and the moon aligned. Although all the while we all thought that it was just stars!
It’s really nice seeing things like this noh? I mean, with all the problems we are encountering, the Man above still has some great things to show us… and we just all love it!
Thanks for reminding us that we are still being loved by you…
Been talking about my previous cash loans from different financial intstitution (read: banks). Anyways, it has been some good three years the last time I took a big leap in aquiring for one. The thing is, my finances got whirled up and for almost six months, I was too neglectful of not paying dues on time. You see, there are number of people who experienced this kind of hardship, and let me tell you, it is stressful. Getting loans now is super easy, in fact there are institution that offers one day release of funds and even hours! But in attach to that quick money offerings is the fact that you have to meet deadlines and pay your dues on time. In my case, it was an honest to goodness thing, I was able to talk to their agents regarding my financial status, soon enough they were able to send me justifiable amnesty program just in time for the holidays. Albeit wrong timing since holidays and it falls on the expenses month, I had no choice but to grab it and pay the amount that was offered to me. Let me tell you, it was way too low compare to what I’m supposed to pay for, so I had to gather my enough savings and some more to meet my deadline. Thank God for all the online opportunities it really helped me a lot in my troubled days. Now I can say that I am totally debt free
Learning life’s lesson in a hard way is the best way to strenghten me up. It’s better to learn in an early age instead of experiencing this problem in the future. ![]()
Do you like make up and the likes? Because I do! actually for the past couple of weeks, my twitter friends are talking about mineral make ups, brushes and all that jazz! I was able to convince a few to try Everyday Minerals, with my convincing power, some of them ordered their kits too! but don’t just take my word for it, you must try it and see the difference of using mineral cover up to those chemical filled branded ones!
the feeling of lightness and nice coverage is super nice!
Now let me just share my Super Personal Custom Kit, that I got for less than $50 including shipping last April. But when I check their site, I noticed that they just had price mark up on everything.

By the way, I so love their kabuki brushes! you better order one for yourselves and experience the softness it can bring to your face. I also have the baby kabuki, but suggest not for you to get it, it’s basically not so sulit, super small better get the Long handled one
Anyways, thanks to Mai for recommending another mineral make up seller available locally the Ellena Mineral Cosmetics. They have free samplers up for grabs, you’ll just have to pay for the shipping. And of course, I ordered some few items from their site too, like the Lip treatment, Lip scrub and availed their free samplers too! Probably, my stuff will arrive tomorrow!
can’t wait! teehee!
It’s basically rush reason now, more and more people are heading towards the malls and bazars to buy gifts and other holiday needs. Thus making the roads crowded with vehicles on the rush beating the traffic and the other commuters. And with that, cases of accidents, road accidents are so frequent. Actually, in the evening news almost every night they feature car and hit and run cases in the metro and even in the provinces. Also, aside from the rush and beating the traffic cases, aother thing that causes such accidents are drunk driving, since we all know that parties and holiday meet ups are happening here and there thus drivers are prone to accidents and all. And with that, Las Vegas Motor Vehicle Accident Lawyer are now in demand, their services to help those who experienced such accidents. Actually, acquiring their professional help can do such great help because it can make their cases runs fast and less hassle when it comes to follow up and all.
Before I read about this balance transfer calculators, Look what my cousin gave me when she arrived from Europe, Dior nail polish set and a box Clinique lip glosses! Kikay-ness at its finest!

And since there will be tons of purchasing activities during the weekend, let me share with you an information I just got from my email on how to avoid theft and fraud when shopping…
Ø Use credit cards instead of debit cards: Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, Credit Cards provide consumers protection again fraudulent charges and your liability is limited to $50. You also have the right to dispute charges and withhold payment during investigation. However, debit cards are entirely different. Although they market themselves to deliver the same protection, they are not required to by any law. Bottom line, your liability for fraudulent charges is the entire amount in your checking account as well as the credit line you have been authorized to receive.
Ø Use a single credit card to consolidate your purchasing: The more credit cards open in your name, the greater the risk that a thief will obtain the account information for one (never mind that having numerous cards with big lines of credit can be a bad temptation and can actually drag down your credit score–even if you don’t have balances). It’s also easier to monitor a single statement for signs of fraud, and you won’t incur the annual fees associated with having multiple cards. Make sure to cross-check all your receipts against your statements to see that they match.
Ø Be sure to write “SEE ID” on the back of credit cards: This simple step can help to foil thieves if the card is lost or stolen, and might even help to catch the thief if your card is taken.
Ø Shop on secure sites and be wary!: While the majority of identity fraud occurs offline, identity theft is also a problem online. You must exercise caution when shopping on the web. Stick to sites that you know are legitimate, and if you are trying a new site for the first time, here are a few things to look for: the URL should have “https” in the shopping cart; there should be a lock icon on the bottom right hand side of the window and look for icons that indicate site safety (the Better Business Bureau, VeriSign and Hacker Safe icons).
Ø Watch out for “phishing” and “vishing” scams: These scams can be a real problem, as identity thieves try to play on people’s generosity during the holiday season. Phishing emails often take the forms of requests purporting to be from a bank or credit card company; they ask you to “verify” account information such as login and password or they request a donation or assistance for the less fortunate during the holidays. Vishing scams–which involve fraudulent calls—seek to exploit consumer concerns over fraud by seeming to offer fraud prevention assistance. The bottom line: no legitimate vendor will ask for your login and password via email or on the phone.
Ø Be careful when using ATMs: Only use ATMs with monitoring cameras, such as those in bank lobbies. Avoid kiosk ATMs, those freestanding units often do not have cameras and are statistically more likely to be infected by skimmers (electronic devices that allow thieves to record account and PIN numbers). “shoulder surfing” can also be a problem at a crowded mall. While you assume that the man behind you is uncomfortably close because of mall crowding, he may actually be looking over your shoulder trying to get your login.
Ø Place fraud alerts to prevent new credit card accounts from being opened: Free fraud alerts placed on your credit report are good for 90 days (if you can demonstrate that you’ve been an identity theft victim, they can be set for 7 years) and, in combination with other proactive measures, can be used to help to prevent identity theft.
I’m craving for Sioplets
yes, mini siopao but with monggo and ube filling. Was able to order a separate order for this the last time we went to DFS for twenty five bucks, but unfortunately, to a reason they cannot spill, the Chowking branch near us doesn’t sell out separate order of Sioplets, they say that it is only availabe with the Lauriat meal. Too bad, it really breaks my heart, dissapointment fills the whole me. I ended up ordering nothing from them, I even told the manager that it can be bought separately in another branch, why can’t they?! But the manager simply replied, they don’t know. $%@*!

To lighten things up, husband told me that he’ll buy me tomorrow in another branch, wherever it takes him actually, just to avail a separate order of this yummies! Or maybe, this is just another way of life telling me to stop the carbohydrates intake, I’m actually needing a alli diet pill with the pounds I’m earning.
It was my first time to hear and learn about Ammonites, according to my online searches, this precious something can only be found somewhere in Canada.
Good thing, I wasn’t able to drag myself and click check out on my Etsy’s saved items and before I knew it, somebody gave me this last Tuesday!

And I totally love it!!!
I am not a techie person actually, my simple phone and my laptop can do all the works for me. But receiving things such as these…

is really, really nice right?! Oh yes definitely! Although my sister has been reading a lot of good reviews with PS3, I still prefer the portable ones, basically because the fact that you can bring it anywhere and the wifi capability of it is so great. Imagine twittering or plurking or even blogging at your favorite coffee shop’s couch, while sipping your favorite latte, just perfect. But with a toddler in tow? give her the travel aquadoodle and let her draw till she drops can do the works! and don’t forget to let her experience a sip from your yummy frappe too! lol
Yes. We live in the suburbs, where the cows, goats and all the cattles live and where rice fields can be seen from left to right. And I’m proud of it actually. I used to live in a city not too far away from where we are now but I kind of like it here more, having a very laid back setting and all, not too stressful nor to dull. Since we are just a few minutes away from the real busy cities, we can drive to places if our hearts desire to you know, get some dose of lights and the city life altogether

Well anyways, having neighbors that owns hectares and huge farms, sometimes I can’t help but over hear them talking (in their native tones and accents) about their need to get the most effective pest control and some other things that has to do with their crops and all. When actually, there was this one time I had a small talk with our neighbor and told them about the ways to improve their pest control system, by you know, getting informations online for there are so many available resources that can probably help them with their problem. By simply knowing the best and the most favored ways to do it plus the reasonable pricing that they check amongst many other things.
