I need to lose some pounds here, you see I’ve been hitting the treadmill for quite some time now but unfortunately I haven’t lose a single pound on my weight. Why?! because of the eating out here and there for the last couple of weeks, specially during weekends. Though I try to watch my intakes, unfortunately, my stomach growls louder than my mind so in the end, the guilty feelings just strikes. Anyways, I will need all the effort I can get from (self will actually) and now I’ve been searching for the best way to lose belly fat without doing so much of the dieting thing, and I hope it’ll work. Wish I can keep myself away from all those yummy feasts! :(

    Thanksgiving doesn’t seem to help dieting either. Raw food diets work wonderfully if you can just stick with it for a few weeks. Try eating raw breakfast and lunch. You can google recipes on line (rawfood.com and rawfoods.com)or just eat simple nuts fruits for breakfast veggies for lunch. You’ll lose weight in no time effortlessly and not be hungry becasue there is no restriction on amounts as long as you just don’t cook what you eat and watch the pounds roll off.
