I need to lose some pounds here, you see I’ve been hitting the treadmill for quite some time now but unfortunately I haven’t lose a single pound on my weight. Why?! because of the eating out here and there for the last couple of weeks, specially during weekends. Though I try to watch my intakes, unfortunately, my stomach growls louder than my mind so in the end, the guilty feelings just strikes. Anyways, I will need all the effort I can get from (self will actually) and now I’ve been searching for the best way to lose belly fat without doing so much of the dieting thing, and I hope it’ll work. Wish I can keep myself away from all those yummy feasts! :(
