Giving your child choices is one way to reduce the number of no’s you hear from him. Also, encourage him to answer in a quiet voice, and coach him in some alternatives: “What’s the opposite of ‘no’? ‘Yes!’” “You can say ‘no,’ or you can say ‘yes,’ or guess what’s in the middle? You can say ‘maybe!’”
It’s our man’s big day last wednesday, and since he is not here to celebrate with us, we just decided to get him a birthday cake and let our little girl blow the candle as we sing a happy birthday song for him - and what’s really nice is that the husband was able to see the whole thing in action, via web cam! thank heavens for technology! I love weddings! I just do. Even when I was still young, I always dream of myself walking down the long aisle towards the man of my dreams, aka my Prince Charming! i’m still alive! yep yep, i just had so many things to settle. done with the house move, but not yet finish with arranging things and stuffs. clutter-home that’s what we have now. i only have little time for bloghopping and some paid opps but updates and daily stories are piled up. sorry for the delay…
so there, last week — my 1st week of being SAHM, was technically not spend inside the house, i had to accompany my mother to the Cavite’s Provincial Capitol in Trece Martirez City to pick up the actually released lot title that was processed months ago. but as expected, the person in charge was nowhere to be found! 3 consecutive days of hoping he’ll arrive. good thing i was able to set my mind how Government employees does their work. really, it sucks. another thing that icks me is how their system works, i mean, lucky you if you know somebody working on the inside because for sure you’ll be serve well and on time. but pity for those who doesn’t know one… forever you will wait and have a good view of the well-maintained government system we have. hopeless. out of the 10 clerks you’ll see 8 of them texting or munching crackers or having gossip with co-workers. when approach by someone who needs to process papers and doesn’t know the ins and outs expect that you’ll get slap back answer. mga antipatika! kala mong kagaganda! mga hitad!
another thing that catches my attention was the inside of the provincial capitol, i mean if you can only see how magnificent the landscaping of the outside you wouldn’t think that the inside is still the same old dim lighted, electric fan ventilated with hand written signages in and out of the offices departments. and the of course, forbidden selling of anything inside the capitol… but look at the pictures below, under the sign were the local vendors with their baskets and baskets of goodies, all for sale! Pinoy Style at its Finest!
and yes, that’s my mom haggling for the peanuts and lansones! cool noh?! hehehe…

I have been thinking lately if I would go for those diet pills or drugs that are being sold in the market today,having been known to suppress ones appetite, I am one hell of an intrigue lady here. Maybe I’m just one of those late bloomers when it comes to fashion or whatever. But lately, I’ve been seeing so many celebrities and fashion icons wearing these lovely Chanel earrings, and yes, I just love it! Had to google it and see how much this eye candy will cost me… well, in case I decided to take the plunge and but a pair for moi.
Oh God, how I wish to have more moolah so I can own a pair of these pretty pairs!

Is what I’m planning my daughter to be on Halloween! (oh may ma-pe-pressure! woohoo) hahahaha! Well actually, this is just one of two costume I ordered from Glo, the other one? the L’il Dutch attire that I also think is soooo cute! it actually deserves another post!
So there, the costumes that my friends and I ordered will probably hit our doorsteps by October as it will be worn by our little ones on the Halloween parties that we will attend
