I was able to catch the second episode of the Secrets of the Masters - a cooking show over at Q11 that features the prowess of the well known chefs in the country today. At first I thought that their foods to be prepared are difficult to made since it’ll be the renowned chefs to strut their stuff over the show, but men, I was so wrong! They made dishes that are so common but was able to to a lot of twist in it! Meaning, a new addition on the common recipe and some other add ons that can make the whole recipe oozing with new flavor and zesting with new and better taste! And yeah, they also feature wines that matches even the simplest meal they prepare! Talking about wine of the month specials that everyone must try ![]()

Hi.. just wanna ask if you have the recipe of Chef Gaita Porres. I’ve watch her at Secrets of the MAsters but sad to say I never had the chance to right down the recipe for Pomodoro Crudo that she demonstrated at that show. If you have can I ask for a copy of that, please. Thanks…
