Let’s Get Busy, Baby!

Posted by kathy - Under: Uncategorized

My daughter checking her new Little Touch cartridge… Actually I had to keep this for some time before letting her play with it, since she’s just starting with the other Big Bear cartridge, so she wouldn’t get confuse or anything. But during the weekend, I found her so bored and getting cranky so I decided to let her play with it! And yes, she loves it so! as expected…

Do you notice the soft touch of the photo? you see, I got so inspired with Alpha’s way of taking photos, no flash at all but super detailed and really nice, so what I did was test my drive and see if I can actually do shots without the help of my flash, just the real light from the window.. and here is one of many that I took! not bad eh?

I was doing this while the husband is busily cleaning our light fixtures! We have different things to attend to you see? :)

debt debt debt

one of the greatest thing a very in debt person could have is have his or her debts be studied and analyze of a debt solutions . by that, the person whose in great debt could have a chance in taking his or her life back financially speaking. there are many groups that provides services such as debt settlement , debt consolidator and debt management, because at times admitted or not people tend to neglect the financial responsibilities that he has to face at the end of each months, by neglecting once or twice means getting yourself into a deep trouble with the companies you owe. with this institution a person can get help by them providing lectures and giving ways on how to bounce back from credit and debt issues you are into. specially in this time of the year, where most are so thrilled and tempted to use plastic cards on every shopping purchases in the malls and every shops that accepts credit cards. something that is so unavoidable specially when you see an item that you can’t leave the store without. in fact, i am one of this people who tends to forget to stick on my list for the Christmas shopping, i hope i wouldn’t get into much trouble for over using my plastic.

on mortgage talks

Posted by kathy - Under: Uncategorized

A childhood friend just got home 1 month earlier my father, she too works in a cruise line! anyways, she told my mom that she has plans to buy a lot or if possible a house and lot in her second board as a sea woman, shes targeting next year to be the year of her purchase, so my mom told her that they can go directly to the subdivision owner to lessen her cost for buying the land she would want to buy and if ever her money would not fit the cost of the land she can get a loan or something called mortgage loans for additional funding for the house and lot. i mean, there are number of good and accredited home lender in the country today, all has different offerings from the lowest mortgage rates and interests and other add ons like refinance with bad credit actually i guess they based their standards in those US based home lenders like the Countrywide Home Loans, the number 1 in the states that helped millions of people with their house financing, debt consolidation and equity loans. like this company, good and renowned service must be the first thing to consider when applying for one. anyways, my friend is already having a thinking time right now, maybe before he board again her ship she’ll decide on what to do with her planned investment and about bad credit mortgage refinance option.

Todays Flowers

Posted by kathy - Under: Uncategorized

A very colorful flower from our neighbor’s garden, taken earlier today while my daughter is playing outside with the other kids in the neighborhood… It’s been a while since the last time I’ve done some time outside our house, fresh air, some chit chats with the fellow mommies (while the daddies are trying to help the pvc fence installation of one of our neighbor), snacking some junk chips from the nearby  store with ice cold soda and all… yeah, it’s been a while…

LP: Liwanag

Posted by kathy - Under: Uncategorized

Lights coming from the super pretty chandelier. I suddenly remembers how I dreamed of having one and big chandelier in our house, I even told my mom that I will buy her one when I finally get a job, but heck, I wasn’t able to buy her until now. But who knows, I might still get her something like the ones in the picture someday. But for now, I need to do some studies regarding Hydroxycut and the stuff about it.

Twitter Party

Posted by kathy - Under: Uncategorized

(From L-R: Aggie. Joy. Peachy. Litzie. Mai with baby Asher. Moi. Alpha. Thea with Mikee. Abie)

It has been three days after our big and happy Twitter Party (EB) at Citadel Inn, Makati. Since we have to travel that far, we hit the road at 1pm to make sure we arrive at 3pm at the venue. Joy messaged me regarding the availability of our room that was move from 2 to 4pm, good thing they were able to make the room available thirty minutes before 4. Anyways, since hubby admittedly doesn’t know the ins and outs of Makati area, we decided to park the car at Cash and Carry and just rode a taxi to the Condotel.

Joy (with Sherwin and Sandy who arrived later) and Alpha (with hubby Jojo and Estong) were the first to arrive, anyways, we were able to make chika for a while, Olin and Estong hit it already, and were playing blocks and loops. Then Mai (with Paul and Asher) arrives followed by Aggie (with Edil, Mato and Martha), Thea (with Mike,Mikee), Abie (with Howell and Bela), Litzie ( with Denon and Dustin) and of course, the grand entrance amongs all… Pretty Preggy Peachy!

We had super chika although the kids were 100x louder than the mommies! It was a riot! but totally fun! Will do another set of first impressions post later although I sent a more windang one through email to the mommies :)

So there, we had so much food! but low side of it all, I was having a terrible migraine attack the whole, thus making me less chattier (as what Thea noticed).. I really wanted to talk and talk but my head is throbbing big time! Reason why I wasn’t able to pig out as much as I wanted to… And yes, I saw the fruit salad in the fridge, but had no strenght to pull it out, so water and coke did just fine.

The daddies… huhuhummm… they were too shy to talk to each other! although you’ll hear a little chit chats from them once in a while, they were the ones who practically look after the kids din kasi.. next time, mag-chichikahan na yan sila!

hmmm, what else? oh yeah, the gifts! Thanks to Mai for the wonderful green inspired bed sheet :) and Asher for Olin’s Dora cap and bracelet. Bela (Abie) for the Dora loots! Olin was ecstatic! grabe naloka cia sa dami! hahaha. Sandy (Joy) for the board books, my daughter super likes it! kasi she loves flipping books di ba? thanks thanks!! :) Martha (Aggie) for your doggie.. who were brutally killed by the kids, thanks for sharing.. kahit na ni-bully ka ni Olin.. :) Mikee (Thea) for the rocking lion na super inenjoy ni Olin at Estong!

So there, while waiting for the other photos to be uploaded (ehem to Alpha and Abie) here are my share of the event’s happening… sorry for the super high exposure, I wasn’t able to tweak my camera setting out of excitement! :) next time let’s raffle something like a grand Sony Vaio laptop! lol

work at sea

Posted by kathy - Under: Uncategorized

I was blurbing about this maritime lawyer that my dad used to tell us about some few years back, but heck, I can’t even remember the name of the legal company their cruise ship company is related to. You see, I heard about this Mark & Associates, P.C., the leading law firm company in the United States that actually aggressively stands to help those who were injured while on board of their maritime ship. Meaning, they are the ones who give legal support to those Seaman’s. Their company is at boom now, being the most famous amongs all the legal companies that render this kind of help to the maritime industry workers. It makes me want to call my dad and ask him what is the name of their accredited legal office to contact just in case they will need some legal advises and help. You see, it’s such a great thing to know that there are law companies that are popular for serving their purpose very well, specially for those who are like my dad, a Filipino seaman that works twenty four-seven at sea.

Camera Critters

Posted by kathy - Under: Uncategorized

A green boa snake we found at Tagaytay Zoo during the last time we visit the place. I hate snakes, it freaks me just by looking at it, but when the husband pet one for a photo op, I was obliged to came closer for a quick pose, I will try to find the said photo and post it here next time.

Anyways, BOA -name for live-bearing constrictor snakes of the family Boidae. Member of the boa family have two functional lungs instead of one, as is found in other snakes, and vestiges of hind limbs; these primitive characteristics are indicative of their relationship to lizards.

Have you heard the news about the economic downfall of the US? people are so rattled with the latest buzz about business and all, and worst, more people are about to be laid off from their work. Such a bad news, why now? when it is almost Christmas time and people needs money for it. But the government still keeps their hopes up by gaining strenght and all, hoping things will do just fine and now one will get the downfall and all. Anyways, but there are also some states that are still in the process of hiring manpower and skilled workers. I recently heard that Florida Marketing jobs are overflowing with vacant positions, so for those who are in the line of marketing, why not try your luck and apply in Florida! Who knows, your luck might just be waiting for you down there…  It makes me hope to be in Florida, I actually have a background in marketing, who knows, I might get hired! Someday, things will happen…
