Home and Sink

Posted by kathy - Under: Uncategorized

I have always been fascinated with Copper Kitchen Sinks and any other Copper Sinks inside one’s house, whenever I’m new to a house, I always try to see what sinks does the house has. I really don’t know but I envy those who have a classic taste when it comes to that. It actually started when I saw celebrities houses being featured in a local magazine, and it made me realized that there are in fact available supplies locally for those who are wanting inspired look or theme of their houses, and most of the time, they have Copper Sink to get away with the different themes and effect they want to transpire. Also, in hotels and restaurants, this cool and sassy sinks can also be found. It can make a room so nice because it can compliment with almost all neutral colors that hotels and high end restaurants has, and it can make a person feel so homey and at the same time appreciate arts and all that connects to that. Anyways, maybe you are interested with this kind of stuff too, check out www.coppersinksonline.com and see wide range of artisan copper sinks that you might also want for your home.

last poof

And so the last quarter of the year is about to bid goodbye, and it only means one thing, payment time for the quarterly set dues! oh my, that means we had to pay for our Philhealth as soon as possible, lucky for those who are working since they wouldn’t have to worry on going to billing stations to settle their accounts but for a stay at home mother like me, I need to schedule a date where I would pay for my dues. And now I think again of the Insurance Quotes that I have receive when I was still working, I should have kept it all for reference because as of now, I have no insurance, sometimes I regret some of the things that I lost when I decided to resigned from work… Oh, don’t mind me, I’m just thinking out aloud, while finding ways to cope up with all the monthly dues that I need to meet… argh.

work

Posted by kathy - Under: Uncategorized

If  we will be given a chance, my husband and i would love to migrate to another country such as Canada or Australia. with the weak economy the country has, everyone is actually seeking for jobs in every corners of the world (just like those Travel Nursing Jobs that is being offered by www.50statesstaffing.com, famous for their capabilities to find and place those who are looking for medical related jobs in different 50 states of America, just to earn a little more for the family. my husband is actually one of those looking for a work in America, with all the good things he heard about the said country, he thinks he is ready to set foot there. sometimes when we talks about this stuff, ror even Australia,  he sometimes wish he can land a job in one of the zoo’s like the one owned by the late Steve Irwin –he is into animals and wild life you know. anyways, that is why you often see him in online sites  seeking and passing his resumes and credentials with high hopes that he can get accepted, maybe he can bring us there also, start from scratch and pick up from there, with the hopes of having a greener pasture for the future.

2 more days

Posted by kathy - Under: Uncategorized

It’s just two more days before Christmas and I am still here, blogging. Duh. I know, that is why I am cramming some more posts now, and its 3:06am on the dot. So many things to do in the real life and online but with so little time. Would you believe that we need to rush to the mall tomorrow to buy some more items for the Noche Buena feast and I’m thinking of buying the husband his gift too.. yes, I still haven’t got him a gift yet. I wish I can buy him a hi-def camcorder, but no,unfortunately my budget woulnd’t fit. So I guess, a nice card will do for this year! :D

Anyways, so as not to forget, here are my agenda for tomorrow:

  1. Finalize gifts and label everything (morning)
  2. appointment with the manicurist
  3. go to my former company and bring gifts for my godchildrens
  4. go to the mall and buy noche buena stuff… i might also buy a new pants or whatever for myself
  5. withdraw funds :D
  6. wrap gifts for my mom and dad
  7. wait for the parcel from Aggie :D

the shower dream

Posted by kathy - Under: Uncategorized

It has always been my dream to have one of those fab and sleek shower kits because I truly love taking time in the shower while enjoying my favorite book and the scent of the bubbled water… with times like this, when everything is in a rush mode, it is really nice to relax once in a while, and experiencing a relaxing time for yourself wouldn’t have to mean that you’ll have to go out and pay a huge amount of money for using a spas steam showers and their other stuffs. Anyways, since I love house designs and interiors I frequently visits sites that sells out and offers nice home and bath fixtures like Unlimitedshowers.com, famous for their expensive and inexpensive line of bathroom fixtures such as shower enclosures, tubs and the likes. Actually, they are the one who carries the most favored brands of bathroom fixtures in the US because of their high quality and elegantly made products. Super nice to look at and buy from if you are thinking of renovating or gearing up your own bathrooms!

Credit and debt consolidation

Posted by kathy - Under: Uncategorized

One of the greatest thing a very in debt person could have is have his or her debts be studied and analyze of a government debt help. by that, the person whose in great debt could have a chance in taking his or her life back financially speaking. there are many groups that provides services such as medical bill debt and lower your bills solution , because at times admitted or not people tend to neglect the financial responsibilities that he has to face at the end of each months, by neglecting once or twice means getting yourself into a deep trouble with the companies you owe. with this institution a person can get help by them providing lectures and giving ways on how to bounce back from credit and debt issues you are into. specially in this time of the year, where most are so thrilled and tempted to use plastic cards on every shopping purchases in the malls and every shops that accepts credit cards. something that is so unavoidable specially when you see an item that you can’t leave the store without. in fact, i am one of this people who tends to forget to stick on my list for the Christmas shopping, I just hope things will never get out of hand.

Being Debt free

Posted by kathy - Under: Uncategorized

…  debt free is one of my greatest achievement for this year. Well, I may not be happily successful with some other things, at least, I was able to settle my debt responsibilities before the year ends. Thank good ness for my dad’s kindness and unselfish help he rendered :D Actually, before I decided to grab the amnesty amount that my credit card offered me, I was dead set on getting more infor to help lower my bills and was practically browsing a lot of sites that offers and features money saving tips to help one recover from all the hassle of being buried alive from debt and other payables.

blogged

Blogged about cosmetology school and the advantage of enrolling in the accredited institution in my other blogs already and all the perks and good effects of inquiring at FindABeautySchool.com and really, it made me so interested in studying again that even a short course will do. Actually, the husband and I talked about this already and he is quite interested too, especially if our plans will push through, having additional knowledge on the skill part is another advantage on our part. That is why, as early as now, I am looking for an accredited school that offers quick and short courses like cosmetology that I can grab, hopefully when schedule and mommy duties will set out right, I can make way for another round of schooling. I just hope my brain condition will still  work out right. :)

kitchen counter

Posted by kathy - Under: Uncategorized

One of my many dream house part is to have a bar counter. Well, not that I wanted to collect wines and other liquor, it’ll probably my husband part. But what I like is to have a nice and classic counter stools and top where we can enjoy our breakfast together or some chit chats with family members and friends. Actually, we have a small counter top at my folk’s house but it was too small that it doesn’t even have one of those nice and sleek bar stool. That is why, I’m browsing the site of Premierebarstools.com that offers discount bar stools and other types of stools and chairs.

Anyways, what I also like about this site is that they also carries both expensive and inexpensive counter tools and other types of tools which buyers can choose from. It is also worth the look from those food and bar business in the making since they can look for something that their business would need, affordable yet stylish. Great buys actually.

Above is my choice from the site’s vast collection, I still heart the classic and old school design, you know.

10 Commandments of Christmas

Posted by kathy - Under: Uncategorized

Found this at Chikai’s site… thanks Chi, snagged it :D

1. Thou shalt not think of thyself. Thou shall think of Jesus and His Father—and how to please Them.

2. Thou shalt not dwell on material things and make money out of Jesus’ birthday. Dwell on spiritual thoughts and make Jesus happy.

3. Honor the birthday Celebrant with special acts to glorify him. Don’t honor people who use His name and birthday for their own benefit. Don’t honor false gods like Santa Claus.

4. Thou shalt not engage in gluttony. Don’t let thy tongue be thy master.

5. Thou shalt not encourage intoxication.

6. Thou shalt not increase pollution with excessive garbage and the use of fireworks.

7. Thou shalt not enjoy fault-finding, gossip and pollution of the mind.

8. Thou shalt not kill animals.

9. Thou shalt not gamble.

10. Thou shalt love Jesus and His Father. They love you dearly and unconditionally.

~ Snagged from Chi.

his and hers

Would you believe that I still don’t have gifts for my parents? Well its not they are the type of people who are not into gifts but simply because I am just afraid to give them something they wouldn’t like. It fears the hell out of me, actually. But my mom told me about my dad’s plan to get himself a Rado watch, but the thing is, my mom told me about it just a few days ago, thus making it impossible for me to look for one, good thing the watchery.com features their holiday gift guide, a vast selection of their different brands, types of beautiful watches! And yes, Rado is being offered at a super discounted price! Site wide sale of 80% and clearance sale at 90%! as if they are just giving away their stocks! Plus they offer free shipping to orders over $100, another offering anyone can’t resist! But hear this, they also promise to ship ones order before December 24, so your watch willl just be in time before the Christmas gift giving! But in my case, I believe my parents wouldn’t mind if they get their unit even after Christmas. You see, everything is worth the wait :D
Below are my two selection of his and hers… both are nicely priced at $200 less each.

Cancelled

Posted by kathy - Under: Uncategorized

We were suppose to do a lot of errands today like:

  1. Go to the bank, withdraw and have some few thousand change into smaller new crisp bills (just in case, kids who doesn’t have gifts from us arrive on Christmas day for their Aguinaldo’s)
  2. Pay bills - Internet and phone povider (digitel), water bill for the apartments
  3. Go to PEZA trade fair and buy some gift stuffs (photo albums, caps, socks, and DKNY underwears lol)
  4. Go to SM to buy some more house supplies and look for other gifts for the inaanak’s

I was so dead set on going out today, that I had my hair blow dried nicely, but we realized that we will not be able to make it to the 2nd Simbang Gabi if we still go out this late. So tomorrow, we need to fix ourselves as early as 10am so we can finish everything and still make it for the mass at 7pm.

Bottom line?! SAYANG ANG BLOWER. nyemas. :D
